The Continuing Legal Education Committee strives to provide and ensure that new and experienced attorneys are provided with the most up-to-date commercial and federal litigation information through CLE programming that is timely and informative. The Committee’s premier, one of a kind program, entitled the Commercial Litigation Academy, was launched in 2010 and brings together practitioners, in-house counsel and judges to speak to and teach New York attorneys a range of topics in commercial and federal litigation. The annual Academy takes place over two days and includes eight separate panels covering topics from inception of a commercial litigation through trial and appeal. The committee also facilitates and oversees multiple other CLE programming for members of the section and state bar.
