Superfund/Brownfield Update 2020: Federal And State Environmental Law And Policy (Webinar)
Our Section will be presenting a very timely conference on the New York State Brownfield and Federal Superfund program, featuring updates on important developments in both programs. In addition, there will be panels discussing New York’s land banks, upcoming revisions to ASTM’s standard for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, and recent court cases involving Superfund and brownfield issues.
Our keynote speaker will be Julie Tighe, President of the New York League of Conservation Voters and the New York League of Conservation Voters Fund. She will be discussing the results of the 2020 elections and their likely impact on the environmental agenda, both federally and in New York State.
