Strategic Growth and Succession Planning for Litigators: How to Value, Purchase and Sell a Law Practice
Moderator Michael Rakower, Esq. of Rakower Law PLLC and panelists Jeremy Poock, Esq. of Senior Attorney Match, Julia Gavrilov, Esq. of Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP, among other panelists, will explore the varied issues associated with acquiring or selling a commercial litigation practice, including determining value, ensuring compliance with ethical rules, the importance of the right cultural fit, addressing any conflicts, advancing diversity and inclusion goals, and more.
