This two part panel will discuss the unique funding requirements and ownership compositions required under the marihuana regulation and taxation act. First part of the panel will also discuss how the community reinvestment funding works and how to best advise potential clients of this source of funding. The second part of the panel will discuss the unique opt-out provisions of the MRTA and how municipalities have responded.
