- Register for the event. After you register for the event, you should begin exploring the open positions with the participating organizations and firms while learning more about the company itself.

Well, we’d love to have you! Join this unique opportunity to easily recruit members of our organization or firm for opportunities at your company in a virtual setting.
To participate and secure a table, yourself or someone from your organization must be a NYSBA member. Tables are $100 to participate, and they include:
- Access to our web-based platform to interact with job seekers and NYSBA members.
- (1) Seat at your organizations table for your representative on the day of.
- Company name with link to your career page on the event registration page.
- Access to participants contact information for follow up or interviews following the live event.

Do I have to be a NYSBA Member to participate in the Career Fair?
Yes, you can only register for this free event if you are a NYSBA Member. To learn how you can become a NYSBA member, visit nysba.org/membership2022.
Do I need to download or install any software to be able to attend this event?
No. You can use any desktop computer or mobile device to access the event website.
On the day of the event, how do I join the virtual career fair?
All registrants must include their email address when they register for the event. You will receive an email closer to the event with day-of instructions and information. On the day of the event, you will receive a separate email with a link to join.
Will interviews be conducted at the event?
No, this event is strictly for networking with employers and learning more about their organization and their available positions.
How do I request and interview and/or apply for available positions?
Each attendee is encouraged to create a profile on the platform, which includes name, company, email or contact details, website and LinkedIn. This makes it easy to share contact information throughout the event so you can follow-up about open positions, applying, and interviewing.
Can employers contact me after the Career Fair?
Yes, just make sure you share your contact information through your profile with the recruiter so they are able to do so.

Who can I contact if I have technical questions on the day of the event?
When you sign into the virtual platform, there is tech support from the Remo team for anything you may need. The support button is located on the bottom left of your browser and is a pink icon with two speech bubbles.

How many recruitment staff can be at the career fair for my table?
Only one person from your organization can attend and represent your company at the table.

Yes, there is a chat function on the virtual career fair platform, along with audio and video functions.
How can the employer receive the job seekers contact information and resume to follow-up with them?
