Over the next two episodes of Miranda Warnings, David will be speaking with defense attorneys and attorneys involved in civil lawsuits against disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein.
Arthur L. Aidala and Hon. Barry Kamins, part of the criminal defense team representing Harvey Weinstein, join David to talk about what it was like having the most notorious criminal defendant in the country as a client, detail some of the obstabcles they faced during the trial and where the case currently stands.
