Cyber Security and Data Privacy Committee

The primary mission of the Data Privacy and Cyber security Committee is to help Section members become familiar and keep up-to-date with the complicated and ever-changing set of data privacy and cybersecurity laws, regulations and practices, Data privacy and cyber security have become relevant areas of law for many IP practitioners over the past several years, and the significance of these fields is likely to increase over time. The Committee will offer formal and informal presentations, panels and gatherings to bring together and be a community for interested members of the Bar – whether practiced in, or just beginning to explore, the exciting legal areas of data privacy and cybersecurity.
