The Digital Entertainment, TV and Radio Committee focuses on the legal framework supporting programming for television, radio and, especially, digital media. Members of the Committee work in a variety of law firm and in-house settings, and their practices touch on key areas of entertainment and media law, including production, finance, and distribution matters; contract negotiation; copyright, trademark, technology, privacy, publicity, and defamation law; First Amendment law; and legal ethics.
