Description: The Estates, Trusts and Tax Issues Committee dedicates its time to reviewing current and emerging issues in estate and trust administration as well as the recent changes to the federal and New York State estate tax rules. The Committee Chairs present quarterly conference calls with Committee members discussing interesting legal concepts (lunch-and-learns).
