Ethics Committee (Intellectual Property Law)

The Ethics Committee considers ethical issues arising in the context of IP and Technology Law; informs the Section on recent developments and the possible implications to the IP professional; and provides general guidance on ethical issues of concern to the IP professional through publications and seminars. Formal or informal opinions for specific ethical issues are provided by the NYSBA and may be found on-line at www.nysba.org or by using the NYSBA ethics hot line.
