International Employment and Immigration Law Committee

The International Employment Law and Immigration Law Committees were joined to service the NYSBA, its members and the State in the areas of global mobility of people/personnel and multinational headquarters compliance with overseas employment laws. This includes: international assignments; cross-border human resources data privacy; global employment policies/handbooks/codes of conduct/whistleblower hotlines; immigration work visas into the US and into countries abroad; restructuring employment operations abroad; and security concerns in immigration. This committee seeks to be cutting-edge in exploring and training on the global movement of employees, and on overseas employment law compliance.
