The mission of the Trademark Law Committee is to examine, monitor, report and make recommendations to Section members and other attorneys on existing and proposed trademark laws and procedures that affect or may affect their practice and their client’s business. To achieve this mission, the Committee disseminates summaries of legislative and judicial developments in trademark law and establishes educational programs and forums on the fundamentals of trademarks.
