Transactional Law Committee

The mission of the Transactional Committee is to assist Section members and other attorneys in understanding and developing strategies for the exploitation of Intellectual Property assets, whether by means of acquisition, commercialization, securitization, joint venture, licensing, or otherwise. This mission is achieved by providing education through dissemination of information concerning recent legal developments and exploration of the strategic and commercial factors that impact upon the licensing, exploitation and/or acquisition of Intellectual Property.
