Jennifer Brooks Crozier

Jennifer is a counsel in the Litigation Department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Her robust practice centers on complex and high-stakes commercial litigation, with particular focuses on contract disputes involving complex technologies, devices, and medicines, as well as the preparation of technical and medical expert witnesses for trials and depositions.
Jennifer has represented iconic American companies in jury and bench trials, including drug-and-device bellwether trials, arbitrations, and sale and confirmation hearings in large corporate restructurings. She also has secured the dismissals of fraudulent inducement and securities fraud claims for clients, and has successfully defended other clients for breach of contract.
Jennifer also maintains an active pro bono practice, in which she partners with organizations such as the International Refugee Assistance Project, which provides legal services to refugees and displaced persons, and the Georgia Innocence Project, which works to exonerate and free individuals who have been wrongly convicted.
Jennifer is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, and Texas. She received her Juris Doctorate, with high honors, from the University of Connecticut School of law, where she was an articles editor of the Connecticut Law Review.
Jennifer lives on the Connecticut shoreline with her husband and three sons and is a nationally-ranked competitive swimmer and an avid gardener and reader of historical fiction.
