You may be asking yourself, “Am I able to become a non-attorney paralegal affiliate?”
If you are a legal assistant or paralegal, qualified by education, training or work experience, and employed or retained by a lawyer, law office, corporation, governmental agency, or other entity, and you perform specifically delegated substantive work for which a lawyer is responsible, then the answer is “yes” you may become a non-attorney paralegal affiliate.
The non-attorney affiliate package for paralegals is $100 annually and includes:
- CPLR Update
- 25% minimum discount on CLE programs
- 25% minimum discount on NYSBA publications and forms
- Access to complimentary downloadable forms
- 1-year resume posting via Career Center
