A managing partner is accountable for effecting change and execution of the firm's strategies through the activities and priorities of the board.
This program will provide an overview of structuring the role of the managing partner at a law firm. Featuring nationally known management consultant and panelists, registrants will learn best practices, tips and succession planning.
