Coronavirus: Treatment, Legal & Insurance Issues (2020)
This program will be one hour covering cutting edge ethical, legal and related topics on the Coronavirus. Speakers will address new treatments for Coronavirus patients and associated legal and ethical issues for doctors and hospitals. In addition, liability protections will be addressed given that these new treatments are not yet approved by the USFDA. Insurance issues will be addressed regarding coverage for business interruption and other business losses under various policies.
