Nursing Home Residents’ Rights in the Time of COVID: Visitation, Transfer & Discharge
COVID-19 has profoundly affected residents’ abilities to receive visitors, choose their roommates, and has both increased transfers of residents between facilities and complicated efforts to discharge residents who are able to return to their communities. This webinar will provide an overview of these essential aspects of residents’ rights, how COVID has impacted policies and practices, and will provide advocacy tips and opportunity for questions and discussion of case examples.
