Retirement Life Planning After Covid-19: Where Are You And Your Practice Heading (Part II)
The economic and social upheavals brought about by Covid 19 have caused many of us in the 50+ population to assess our personal and professional priorities.
We are asking ourselves – What will I do, what will I want and what will I need as I age? This is a program designed to give attorneys in their middle age and beyond an opportunity to focus on those questions and on their next steps in life and law. It will provide tools, questions and suggestions to assist in creating your personal and professional objectives. Together we will also explore some of the steps we can take now to achieve those objectives.
With an emphasis on Senior Life Planning, rather than Retirement Planning, in Part I of this presentation we focused on questions designed to jump start thinking about the future.* In Part II we will continue the “future focus” with an emphasis on identifying what we expect to want and need in our lives — what we want to preserve and enhance as we age and what we want to shed. It is our hope that you will leave with an increased sense of awareness and purpose around planning the next steps in your journey beyond 50.
* Attendance at Part I of the presentation is not a prerequisite for joining this session. It is, however, highly recommended that you review the recording and do some of the exercise from that session, including the “homework assignment,” which can be found here.
