For our inaugural legislative program, we chose to focus on two hot topics, New York State’s Medical Marijuana Program and Industrial Hemp Agriculture, Markets, and Research. Our program features distinguished speakers and leaders from Governor Cuomo’s Office, the New York State Legislature, the New York Department of Health, including its Director, Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement, and the New York Department of Agriculture an Markets, as well as a leading hemp researcher at Cornell College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and one of the first hemp growers under the State’s hemp research program.
