During lockdowns clients were anxious, frightened and lonely. Clients wanted someone to listen to them, and lawyers obliged. As the world is considering a more normal, if hybrid work world, the question is what do clients want now and how will law firms and lawyers adapt? They will discuss a more client-centric approach to client service, a focus on the total client experience. We will highlight technology and communications adaptations, as well as new ways of implementing client service.
