7.0 CLE in Areas of Professional Practice
This course is approved for credit for both experienced attorneys and newly admitted attorneys (admitted to the New York Bar for less than two years). Newly admitted attorneys attending via webcast should refer to Additional Information and Policies regarding permitted formats.

The purpose of this CLE is to provide an in depth training for any attorney that wishes to represent Veterans at the VA Administrative level or in  Federal Court (up to and including the US Supreme Court).

The morning program is focused on the less experienced VA practitioner. This program meets the requirements of 38 CFR 14.629 and will qualify for accreditation requirements by the VA. Attorneys that want to learn about this rewarding practice should plan to attend. The afternoon hosts some of the top speakers in the country to take an in depth look at representing Veterans.
